Cancellation and Refund Policy
Motherly Built
(Collectively refers to Motherly Built World (MB World) and Motherly Built Furniture (MB Furniture))
1. Order Cancellation:
For Customized Products/Services:
Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Orders for customized products/services can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be provided.
Cancellation After 24 Hours: If the order is canceled after 24 hours but before the commencement of the design or production process, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellation After Commencement: Once the design or production process has started, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
For Non-Customized Products/Services:
Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Orders for non-customized products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
Cancellation After 24 Hours: If the order is canceled after 24 hours but before shipment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellation After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled after shipment, and no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Policy:
For Customized Products/Services:
Defective or Damaged Products: If a customized product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, we will offer a replacement, including any applicable shipping charges. Refunds will not be issued for customized products.
For Non-Customized Products:
Defective or Damaged Products: If a non-customized product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, a replacement or full refund will be provided, including any applicable shipping charges.
Refund for Return: Non-customized products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was defective or damaged.
3. Process for Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation Request: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Refund Timeline: Once a cancellation or return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4. Exceptions:
Special Orders: Orders placed during promotional periods or for specially discounted items may have different cancellation and refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

For turnkey projects managed by MB World, delivery timelines are determined by the specific project scope. We adhere to the agreed-upon project timeline and payment terms, as outlined in the contract, ensuring a seamless and timely completion of your project. Our commitment is to deliver on time without compromising on quality, in line with the terms set forth in the agreement.

Custom Orders: Delivery times for custom orders are subject to the complexity and specific requirements of the project. We will keep you informed of any potential delays and work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across major regions and cities. For remote or difficult-to-access locations, additional time may be required.
